今日は、朝からウォーキングしました〜！
朝早くから動くと、一日がとっても長く感じました😱

ただ、朝から頑張りすぎて、家に着いた頃には足引きずってて…そこから、ベットから動けなくなった…笑 何事もほどほどに…笑

でも、最後まで走り切ってて本当にカッコよかったなぁ。勇気を貰えました。
